Glittertind is a Norwegian Folk Metal group that sings in Norwegian language.
Gjallerhorn is a good folk band from Finland that sings in their native language.
Skrömta is a Medieval Party music band from Sweden.

The Aller Værste! and Alle Tiders Duster, two 80s bands that may be hard to find.
One is new wave towards ska, the other.. just disruptive.
For anyone who likes guitars, there is EllaGuru, who sing in English.

Halvdan Sivertsen, folk singer.
Odd Børretzen, a poet, his poems "sung" on Norwegian radio.
